New Horizons gives new view of Pluto
The Nasa spacecraft New Horizons made history this week by visiting the dwarf planet Pluto.
The photos it beamed back to Earth - a distance of five billion km - painted a surprising picture of a mountainous, geologically active surface.
On BBC Two's Newsnight, Evan Davis spoke to the mission's principal investigator Alan Stern.
